Meet Our Founder

Tony Beretini’s career spans some of the most dynamic and challenging corners of the tech and retail industries. His journey began at eBuyNow Ltd., a solution provider for Skype, where he launched the Skype Marketplace—a global e-commerce platform enabling brands like Samsung and Turtle Beach to sell Skype-enabled products worldwide. He pioneered a logistics model with UPS, centralizing fulfillment in China and streamlining last-mile delivery across the globe.

Tony then joined Advance Auto Parts, where he spent five years driving their omnichannel e-commerce strategy. His work in SEO and local discovery helped position the brand for massive growth, with 85% of revenue coming from buy-online-pickup-in-store transactions across 7,500+ locations. He also launched the Speed Perks loyalty program, a key driver of repeat purchases and customer retention.

As CMO of Revel Systems, Tony helped reposition their mobile point-of-sale solution from SMBs to enterprise clients like Shell, expanding their market reach. Later, at Academy Sports + Outdoors, he led product strategy during a transformative period that contributed to the company’s 250% YOY growth and successful IPO.

Most recently, Tony served as Chief Product Officer at 3DLOOK, where he developed a virtual try-on solution with size recommendations, helping fashion brands like Bershka reduce returns and boost online engagement and order value.
